While the story maintains an element of paranormal abilities in this team, Krewe of Hunters, I found Graham’s story to not grip me from the beginning. The story lagged during the first 5 chapters with odd writing choices and rushed descriptions. I have read Graham before and enjoyed her novels and was hoping for a similar feel that I just didn’t get. I’ll hold out for more from Graham but I think Krewe Hunters may not be my series. Recommended for readers who enjoy paranormal whodunits with a youthful style of writing. While I could not finish this novel, I may pick it up at a later date and try again. Maybe it’s me?
